If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your use of the Platform signifies your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, avRaffle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose: participating in raffles and purchasing raffle tickets.

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or smart contracts
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
• •Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
• •Manipulate the winner selection process or smart contracts
• •Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization

When you connect a Web3 wallet to the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• •You have full control over your wallet and private keys
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
• •You will not hold avRaffle liable for lost or stolen funds from your wallet
• •All transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• •You are responsible for all gas fees and transaction costs

avRaffle does not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. We cannot recover lost or stolen assets.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• •Raffle participation involves purchasing tickets with real cryptocurrency
• •There is a risk of losing your entire investment
• •Winners are selected using a Verifiable Random Function (VRF)
• •Prize distribution occurs according to smart contract logic
• •raffle administrators take a percentage of the total pool
• •All raffle outcomes are final and irreversible

You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes related to your use of the Platform and any winnings. avRaffle does not provide tax advice and will not be responsible for any tax liabilities, penalties, or interest that may arise from your participation. Please consult with a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

avRaffle is not available in jurisdictions where gambling is illegal or where our services are prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction where such use would be illegal.

While our smart contracts have been developed with security in mind, blockchain and smart contract technology carry inherent risks:

• •Potential vulnerabilities or bugs in smart contract code
• •Blockchain network failures or congestion
• •Regulatory changes affecting blockchain operations
• •Unforeseen interactions with other protocols

By participating, you accept these risks and agree that avRaffle is not responsible for losses due to smart contract issues.

avRaffle reserves the right to:

• •Modify or discontinue the Platform with or without notice
• •Suspend your access for violations of these Terms
• •Update these Terms at any time
• •Take actions required by legal or regulatory authorities

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

Please note that raffle outcomes are determined by smart contracts and blockchain verification. Disputes regarding raffle results will be resolved through blockchain evidence, which is immutable and final.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by avRaffle or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
